Size is definitely a feature, at 10'x12' it's a small house, perfect for all those shed based activities (commonly known as "sheddage"). It has it's own electricity supply on a separate consumer unit. I've also installed guttering and a water butt since the hosepipe bans. There is also now a deck extension to the side as the pictures show.
I've specified bi-shedual but like most shed owners I'm sure, that was never the original intention - it was supposed to be my space after the garage was infiltrated by her treadmil and other impedimentia - still, I s'pose you can't choose your sheduality huh !
