Shed of the year 2010 has been announced

Shedtype: [Tardis]

Features: It's the culmination of many years of me waiting to build it, I think it's gone through nearly 30 re-designs to get it just the way I like it. It does have the ability to move around the garden and storage in it is great... in the summer it has been known to be used as a knitting shed by a relative of mine - witty little knitter that she is! The only thing that I do object to is the suggestion of additional hanging baskets from the roof - I'm not having that, as pretty as the idea may seem.

Additional Info: The TARDIS shed is still evolving, it's a different colour of blue now (much darker) to that in these pictures and hopefully soon it'll get its windows glazed.

This shed has been viewed 9825 times.

nicely done, I notice you used 2 colour paints to give the appearance of aging. If you know anyone who wants a Dalek let me know, I have 4, and the wife says I have to trim back on my hobby "just a little" I offered to sell on one or two small Palitoys but she no, it has to be some of the "big stuff" Tom http://www.readersheds.co.uk/share.cfm?SHARESHED=3079

We all adore Dr Who, even my two smallest girls, and we would LOVE to have a shed like this. How did you build it?

I know someone in the UK, who is really really serious about getting a Tardis, and is willing to pay well for it, but does not have the means to build one himself. Is there a way that someone could build one for him and he could pay for whole thing plus shipping? This is really important to him. If this is possible, I will get his info for you.
