Knappach Shed

I designed and built my shed this year after years of wanting to. The shed had to be rat- proof (solid floor), traditional, hide an ugly oil tank, provide log storage and last forever.

Its construction is: reclaimed brick dwarf walls; thin concrete slab over recyled paving slabs; CLS timber framework; treated sarking with underfelt and slate roof; floor- boards used vertically for cladding; reclaimed (where possible) concrete block oil-tank fireproof bund; sliding hand made door; reclaimed steamed up double glazing window units;

Year first entered 2009
