NOW 2 YEARS OLD!Our Shed is a community shed for men over 50. We meet on Mondays Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays,between 10 and 4.It was formerly an industrial unit and is rented from the local council. We make, modify, repair wooden furniture and toys. When we are not in the shed, we sometimes do 'Men in Sheds on Tour', when we visit woodfests and bother local craft centres to sell our stuff! BREAKING NEWS! Now have Lottery funding to build three more sheds in Cheshire, Ellesmere Port, Crewe and Chester. Look out for us on the telly! Crewe Shed now open, Ellesmere Port by Mid February, Chester by Mid March!
Opened by Trevor Baylis on January 30th 2009, we currently have about 40-45 participants,with a range of skills from electical engineers, builders, joiners to retired office workers and Nuclear physicists!
