I have spent five years of work getting to the current stage. It has parts recycled from an existing shed an old shearing shed and other old structures such as two barns. My mate Jim made the main frame and he is 92 years old and an absolute legend. The shed to me is a memorial to all the work Jim has done for my family and myself over the last ten years as he has also built furniture and structures for us. Jim is a ship wright and owner builder with such awesome skills.That why I have called it Jim hut.
The shed is on two levels and now has a great pot belly stove in place. The internal lining in made of stringybark gum previously the outside sheathing of an old shearing shed
