The shed is only 8ft square internally but still has room for my daughter or son to have a friend or two round for a sleep-over.The top bunk has great views over fields and room under for a double futton.the shed has a lovely light feel with two triangular gable windows, two rooflights, two small casement windows and half glazed door.I will be hooking the shed up with electric in next week or two so t.v. x-box etc can be installed. There is an oak desk along one wall with two cpds underneath with leg room for a chair ideal for doing homework.Access to bunk is via a small ladder built from decking, flooring is engineered oak to match desk. The shed stays warm with a wall-mounted convector heater,is insulated all round with celotex and all glazing is with sealed units. To avoid too much digging and concreteing the building is sited on 6 concrete piles 8 inches in diameter cast useing cardboard tubes.

the build has been a 'labour of love'with stolen tools, little spare time and money amongst the woes.ADVICE FOR ANY FUTURE SHED BUILDERS,MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE A HOUSE FULL OF UNFINISHED PROJECTS BEFORE YOU START BUILDING YOUR "PRIDE AND JOY" IT WILL SAVE A LOT OF EAR ACHE FROM YOUR WIFE(SHE DID HAVE A FAIR POINT!) ....it was worth it though!
