As I have a digital radio in the shed I can spend hours woodturning and listening to both sport and news programmes whilst working. The phone is also connected (thanks to Liz ( wife) and she can contact me for meals or when I am needed on the phone. As the shed is set in the garden next to the waterfall I can see many different birds and wildlife.
When I bought the property 12 years ago the shed was used as a cat house but in bad repair. I lifted the roof and completely rebuilt the stumps,floorboards and walls, connected power and set up my wood lathe, bandsaw and water grinder.
