Currently a run of the mill mower, bike and junk store (5ft x 7ft). Rotten on lower right side but repairable. Stands on a paver slab base (over an old air raid shelter and hardcore so very solid).
The plan is to either replace this shed or put a second one on the remaining base. First would remain for storage, second would be a summer room/office. Base is 3.6 metres wide, 3m long on right hand side and 3.6m at left (back wall is at a diagonal to garden) Need to do something quick as dog is miffed that he can't get at the cats running along the back wall.
