16'x 12' motorbike shed. 3/4" marine ply floor, stud work for walls 3"x2" roof rafters 4" x 2". outside finished in 16 mm T&G. This shed is used for bike storage and as a workshop. There is 240v power supplied to shed for ring main and lighting. Outside has security lighting and the shed is fully alarmed with the control box and keypad installed in the house. Only wish the shed was bigger but it already takes up just over 1/3 of the garden (tiny new build house garden)
