    Shed Features

Sat in their hot tub at the bottom of their garden in the spring of 2013, Chief Executive, Head Designer and Builder Steve Tidd and his Deputy Executive and Business Partner Vicky Irvine discussed the potential of expanding Southend On Seas party capital (The Irvine-Tidd Household) and creating a full sized bar at the bottom of the garden. For the sort of thing the pair dreamed of, they looked online, but just the shell of a structure on this scale was about £ 10,000- this was excluding the high quality fixtures and fittings that such an establishment would require. But by the next day Chief Executive Tidd had put together the blueprint to build one, despite never undertaking such a project in his life before. Mid July, and with his birthday money, he purchased some wood, and so the work began. The Bullseye as it has become known was built from scratch in the couples spare time as they both work full time. They have shopped around to find the cheapest but highest quality materials and by October 2013 the pub was structurally completed and had its opening night at the end of November on an exclusive male only invite, swiftly followed by a ladies afternoon before Christmas. The pair decided that the pub would be decorated in traditional old pub style, with a heavy patterned wilton carpet, red patterned Laura Ashley wall paper and contrasting deep green walls, and dark oak tongue and groove wood cladding. There were things that the pair knew must be included, and here is a lowdown on what you will find at The Bullseye: *A fully stocked bar, with beer fridge and 16 wall mounted optics as well as a selection of more unusual spirits on the shelf *A wall mounted Digital Jukebox with over 600 hours of music, full internet access and integrated games machine (Who Wants to be a Millionaire/ Pub quiz/ Deal or No Deal etc) with 4 Speakers *A 42inch Plasma television broadcasting Sky Sports with organised P34 FIFA nights *A Diamond Mine Fruit Machine *A professional standard dart board with Oche for regular practice sessions for local league players *A 7x5 Pool Table *A range of seating including a pub bench with table and Captains chairs and bar stools *A vast array of pub memorabilia *Close proximity to a 6- seater Hot Tub Additional Info: Bar Tariff includes but not exclusively; Captain Morgans, Bacardi, Grants, Teachers, Gordons, Smirnoff, Tia Maria, Martini (Extra Dry, Bianco, Rosso), Archers, Apple Schnapps, Malibu, Lime Malibu, Campari, Pernod, Ouzo, Tequilla, Cointreau, Passoa, Harveys Bristol Cream, Baileys, Port, Red Wine, White Wine, Rose Wine. Selection of Lagers, Ales and Ciders (Bottled and Canned) Nuts and Crisps available at Bar. The Bar has an electric heater and double glazing so is very cosy. The Bullseye has a Bring Your Own Booze Policy but with the availability to rival any local public house it is not essential
