Shed/Summerhouse is great for a "hideaway" for a quiet read, listening to music or entertaining. Our grandchildren love it when it becomes "their Hideaway".
Shed is clad mainly with insulated 40mm thick, plastic coated panels; great soundproofing as well as easy to keep warm in winter. Double glazed side and rear frames,roof joists & doors are from a recycled mahogany conservatory. Provides a good place to overwinter tender plants. Floor slabs laid on compacted sand/cement mix over a damp proof membrane. The build was carried out by myself, wife & other family members. External timber painted with Cuprinol, "Garden Shades" Wild Thyme.
