Built by my husband as a place of peace and relaxation so that we can escape the rigours of caring for our autistic teenage grandson. When he has respite in the house with his carer we only need to head to the garden, put the kettle on and put our feet up. Its very special to us.
The Retreat was built from scratch without a basic shed or any sort of kit. We love the lovely vintage green that it's painted with on the outside. I decorated the inside myself including making my own curtains for the first time. It is fully insulated, lined and heated, so can be used all year round.
