It's a place to sit enjoy the garden, have dinner or drinks with friend and makes great storage for garden seats / benches children's toys in the winter.
The recycle shack is made from 95 per cent recycled materials. It is mainly made from pallet wood )roughly 15 to 20 pallets). The rest of the shack is made from things i've rescued from skips or things people where going to throw away. It features a tin roof and wall. The 2 windows are from a skip. A few hundred bottle tops that decorate the walls of the shack donated from local pubs, as well as old car number plates from my previous cars and a special one from our wedding car. Tin signs decorate the walls too and an old apple crate has made a great shelf. Most of the furniture in the shack has been up cycled from pallet wood and an old cable reel, the other was a bistro set someone was going to throw away. The shack gets its power for lighting /phone changing /music from a solar panel, this powers led lights which can be adjusted depending how much light you require. Reclaimed scaffold boards have been used as flooring. The shack has been built over evenings and weekends and took about a month to build the biggest expense was the solar lighting and scaffold boards the rest of the materials I've got for free. Labour was all free to as I'm carpenter so didn't need to pay for help!
