The shed was made with myself and neighbours. It was based on the idea of American log cabins. It has a working log burner inside at the end of the stone path from the door. The flooring and exterior is made from cut sheets of hard wood and the flooring is again treated hard wood. The designs around the hut are based on old hunting gear including old fishmans traps, snow shoes and mole traps - lots of antique hunting equipment and no doubt more to come! There are old rocking style chairs and one made of carved wood making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy the garden. The ceiling was done by myself and daughter getting everybody involved in different aspects of its design. The ceiling is covered with stars, the sun and moon. A success!
