Memory Lane is the perfect space to sit in any time of day to read, craft or just have a cup of coffee while listening to the birds. She is an eclectic mix of things that hold fond memories for us. Items we have collected over the years that create the peaceful garden room and evoke lots of thoughts and feelings. She is a real talking point and we look forward to inviting our friends and family around in the future to enjoy her as much as we do.
Having moved into our house 18 months ago we thought it was time to bring some life back in to the forgotten summerhouse we now know as Memory Lane. With lockdown meaning we were spending a lot of time in the garden we thought it was time to give her the tlc she deserved. We painted the outside Sea Mist with a plain white interior to complement the collection of vintage, recycled and pre loved bits and pieces. I thoroughly enjoyed putting it all together over a couple of days rummaging through unpacked boxes and suitcases. Memory Lane is now the perfect retreat nestled between our small caravan/playhouse, Bunty and our veg patch.
