No. 1 shed has power and a superb view down the garden. WFH is possible as there is a good wifi signal.
This winter it is mainly being used for storage pending development of a garden room, but it has lighting and a workbench.
Part of our garden is being developed with a Japanese theme and we wanted something in keeping with smooth walls rather than planks. We designed and constructed it entirely ourselves.
The carcass is almost entirely standard 100mm x 50mm CLS, with the hip roof design and cutting angles from www.blocklayer.com. It is covered in quality tiles from Katepal.
The walls are from Hardie panel sourced dead cheap on Ebay. The corner posts are oak sleepers cut in half and are attached to the frame.
Doors and windows frames from www.windows4sheds.co.uk. The large window looking down the path is a single piece of toughened glass.
