5m x 3m. With a serving hatch. Inside is split into 2 rooms, one for cycles and bits and bobs, and the other is due to be a music studio, as soon as i get round to "borrowing" some sound proofing stuff and plaster board from work.!
It was fun building it, its more fun inside during this rather fine british summer we are having, with the volume turned up and the fridge full of beer..!
