It is situated in a maturing hardwood forest approximately 250ft from my house. It is accessed by a raised wooden walk and fronted with a 250sq ft pea-gravel patio that is held level by a treated lumber retaining wall that has subterranean drainage to the low side of patio. Shed was designed as a hot-tub enclosure, and I scored it free for simply disassembling and removing from a property. It is 10'x10' (no building permit necessary) screwed onto a 10'x13' raised deck. All the sliding windows and doors are tinted and it has a skylight. The wood is either redwood or cedar.
