Brian's Lodge consists of two bars with a spacious lounge area and can fit around eight to ten people comfortably. The first bar serves the inside and outdoor area, there's also a built in BBQ so come on people let's get a few steaks going! For them warm summer nights there's a patio to sip your drinks and watch the sun go down. The inside bar is tastefully decorated with beer pumps fitted and a flat screen TV mounted above it ready for the fast approaching rugby world cup or any other sporting events! Situated next to the bar is a concealed toilet for those with a weak bladder who can't make it to the house (HA HA). For those cold wintery days or evenings I've mounted some electric radiators and there's a wood burner installed inside the lounge area to keep everyone nice and warm. On the external walls of the Lodge a picture of the Lewis colliery (Rhondda) has been used as part of the decoration which is made of decorative glass and lead. Cuprinol paint has also been used to paint the external wooden walls. The interior walls of the lodge are lined with thin bamboo to give it a real Mediterranean effect with Welsh and Scottish flags lining the ceilings. A music system is also fitted for me and the wife to dance the night away.
This shed/pub was originally a potting shed and green house. At one point, it was being used as a small gym!
