    Shed Features

The Shed was an Astronomical Observatory but local light pollution made it a poor location. Rather than pull it down, I converted it into a potting shed / Greenhouse for my wife. She named it 'The Hobbit' It has fully tiled floors and Nine porthole windows around the dome which are made from the tops of plastic plantpots and fitted with perspex windows. The moving part of the roof was fixed and covered in Perspex to let in more light. The benches are semi circular to fit the wall shape. The dome was originally the bottom half of a fibreglass cesspit tank (Unused).
