    Shed Features

My shed is constructed from fifty 13ft reclaimed scaffold boards and was originally conceived to be a pub shed, after being inspired by other sheds on this site. However, I soon realised that the space would be better occupied as a workshop.

It was built to my own design, and will be used as a base for my new hobby of green woodworking and chair making. It measures 12ft x 8 ft x 7ft (to the highest point) and has cost around £ 800 to build, all in.

In addition to valuable workspace, the shed should offer accomodation to visitors should the need arise!

    Other Shed info

All of the materials are refurbished, recycled or reclaimed. The door came from a skip, and the windows both came from eBay. As the walls are 1.5" thick, the shed is fairly temperature constatnt, although I may fit a small woodburner to keep out the chill during the winter.
