Multi gym Fans & Heating Dart Board & Beer Fridge Looks better than my home! (that's not saying much) Yale locks, 2by3 window frame, 4by4 frame, basically bomb proof (untested)
Allow plenty of time to plan, calculate material & build! Make sure your design is both structurally sound but also not over-engineered in regards to wood thickness as this will double if not treble the cost. Ive got my shed 2under the legal building regulation requirement and have been fortunate (in one respect) to back onto a train track, so acts as a sound barrier and does not both the neighbours view! Dont be tempted to install water taps, as this will change its purpose and would require planning permission at considerable cost! The actual foot print of your shed can practically be any size feasibly, without planning permission being required. Go to timber merchants for best prices and haggle, playing one off against the other! Take into consideration that wood measurements are based on rough sawn and if you have a smooth finish it is likely to be considerably smaller than stated and need to understand this when making your final draft on design & quantity required. I bought the internal double doors on sale and made my design around these. I made the actual windows myself, using harden thick glass & shatter proof at the rear window, as it backs onto an alley and felt that someone could smash it (yes, I live in a nice area!). Great fun to design and rewarding to build, Im very proud of it&
