Tom's Tavern and Soul Food Shack is situated in my garden. It came about because every year we have a BBQ and one year my wife ( who is of afro caribean decent) said she is fed up of people standing around the kitchen where getting food and drink. This was a challenge. I decised to create a beer garden. It has two special sections Tom's Tavern for me : this has a drinks fridge, electrics, music/ kareoke Soul Food shack for my wife: an outdoor kitchen / BBQ and lots of cookin gadgets.
Tom's Tavern and Soul Food Shack is built on decking with a dining area and dart board. I designed it and a local shed maker built it to my design. We have lots of pictures of our friends enjoying the delights of Tom' s Tavern and Soul Food Shack.
