The Winchester is a remote pub shed with its own private garden. It has power, is fully insulated and is heated. It features a full parquet flooring with a fully fitted kitchen, old pub pool table and sofas. It's tucked away at the back of a very long garden and can't be seen by the house, or any neighbouring houses. It features an integrated music system, it's own Wi-Fi, a treasure chest of bottle caps and a jazzy aroma that just won't leave.
It was built six years ago by a group of friends who still use it frequently. Most of the materials used were salvaged and it's been refurbished twice during its lifetime. It's called The Winchester after the pub in Shaun of the Dead.
