It rotates 360 degrees on a metal track to face any view you wish towards the countryside! I have renovated it before it rotted and it is now a beautiful place to retreat. I have made my own bench seats with wood and tree stumps and made all my own furnishings. In the evenings it is lovely with lit candles. Quirky
