A truly scavenged shed or sheds to be precise! A combination of an existing hexagonal summer house and 2 other gardens sheds destined for the tip. Rummaging in skips (with permission of course..), sourcing free offcuts and wood from friends with the sole intention of costing next to nothing. Only the roof and flooring bought to keep the rain out. No previous building or wood skills, and every inch done single handedly, but an eye for a bargain and determination to finish it over the summer for the 'grand opening' for all those who contributed. Clad in floorboards retrieved from a local builder who was gutting a house ready for an extension.
Finished in 12 weeks and sourced for free, re-using and re- purposing to get a good quality finish, even mixing up paint in the garage to make a grey for the final finish! Internal furniture and fittings from freegle and elsewhere in the garage.
