Shed Features

The shed is a 110m2 event space (with pub, dorm room, main bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) made entirely out of local, natural and recycled materials. It is mostly made from cob, cordwood, wattle & daub and wood. In it's previous life it was an old dilapidated tin pig barn. We built it as a place people could come and stay for free, do free workshops, courses and skill-share evenings, along with free shindigs. There's no charge for using the space. In the medium term we plan to serve up any homebrew we make here for free, but people are welcome to bring their own drinks too.

The build was funded by a successful crowdfunding campaign. I spent 18 months (at different intensities) building it on a voluntary basis with others.
