All designed and built by myself over the past 3 years. Many hundreds of hours spent designing and building the structure. Features 2 rooms at the front of the house (A summer house and art studio) and 1 large room at the back that is my workshop. Sitting atop 22 tons of foundations, its fully insulated with 90mm of celotex, 35mm thick loglap cladding and features a slate roof with guttering and a water harvest system for irrigating the garden. Costing in excess of £10,000 to complete, it has a footprint in excess of 53 square meters!
