It has been made from 100 year old Welsh slate that was taken from the back roof of our Victoian house last September. Stain glass windows, nouveau art mostly, (12) have been installed to give warmth and light to the wood insulated interior along with many wood and metal collages made by my partner, artist Colin T Johnson. Our old shed floor and parts were added where possible.
This shed was build as a 3 D workshop for sculpting in clay, making jewellery, collages and a writing space.
It is so cozy, that we have been making it a regular place to invite friends around for an afternoon cup of tea or an evening glass of wine.
