You can do a workout in the gym area, then follow that up with a relaxing soak in the hot tub and then chill in the lounge area and watch a bit of TV, the sofa also turns in to a bed for when people want to sleep over.

It was a year in the making I designed it on Autodesk and did a 3D drawing of it, then once I had saved enough money it was just a matter of ordering the wood and building it from the ground up. All the windows and doors I have recycled from work as they was going to be thrown away, It only took 2weeks to build.
