I bought a simple garden shed and a summerhouse and altered and improved them and fixed them together. They have been insulated and re-clad internally. Its not massive, 6'x4' shed fixed to 6'x8' summerhouse but it fits nicely at the top of the garden. The smaller shed was raised a little to give more headroom. Painted dark grey outside and light grey inside to give a contemporary feel. used Cuprinol, obviously. Most of the fixtures etc were reused from our seaside caravan that we had to get rid of recently. It has been well used by family and friends and we are all very happy with it.
