Features 7 top Guinness bar with back bar, 65 inch tv, huge assortment of beer collectibles, mini sofa, beer, wine and of course bourbon and scotch selections (top shelf only).
The Pub Shed on Prospect was built in the loving memory of my late friend Andy May who passed 12-19-2014. Its a 20x12 mini cabin converted into a fully functional pub. Has mini split HVAC system to help combat the harsh midwestern winters. 2x4 frame finished with plywood and knotty pine ceiling. Installed a heavy duty floor with 2x6 floor joist set every 12 inches rather than every 16 inches. Floor was also finished with tongue and groove heavy duty 3/4 plywood. Even has its own WIFI and private entrance off the rear alley. The rear alley entrance is illuminated with a Harp Beer Sign which is set on a timer. Large collection of beer signs, back bar displays, cans and neons. Back bar is equipped with glass door beer fridge, wine fridge and mini ice maker. The Pub Shed on Prospect also has a small sectional sofa to accomidate the one pub goer who has a few too many pints! The spirit of the UK Pub sheds is alive and well in the midwestern United States. Cheers!!!!
