The shed has turned an unused corner of the garden into a useful space. Its a home office, a gym, a man cave, a bike store, used by the whole family. It has power, light and sound. I have a wood burner to fit but we havent needed it yet as it is fully insulated and double glazed.

I built it from scratch to fit in the space available. It is built on a sand bed and sits on 4 inches of dense foam insulation. No digging or foundations required. The bifold doors were secondhand off EBay and I had the timber from a reroofing project. I had to buy the cladding and rubber sheet for the roof. The foam insulated the floor and the walls and roof have fibreglass insulation in them. The inside is lined with planks that were the flooring in the loft when we moved into the house.
