Our shed houses a fabulous swimming pool with a countercurrent - a bit like a swimming treadmill - its a fabulous space where we can relax and play and where people of all ages come to learn to swim.
Building the shed was a a big project - we had to dig an enormous hole for the pool and then build the shed around it. We had a very tight budget so bought second hand equipment and had to do a lot ourselves with help from local builders - none of us were specialists! Everybody who comes loves the feel of the shed its cosy so peaceful and relaxing and its very cool. We are so lucky to have our lovely pool!
