It was hard work! It's very well insulated, so works well year round.The roof wasn't straightforward - I didn't want a flat roof, but the footprint is quite large (5m x 5m) and I needed to accommodate a tree at the back corner. So there's a lower roof height in that corner which made for a complex roof, but has created some nice internal ceiling detail.I kept the costs as low as I could, but didn't scrimp on one or two areas - namely the aluminium doors, the roof, and a great cast iron radiator.I confess to having not yet finished the panelling detail on the internal walls, but the piano, Chesterfield sofa and radiator give a good idea of the ambience I was aiming for
