The Hangar was built as an escape in a busy house during lockdown.It has mains power, WiFi, sofa bed, table and chairs,TV and a fridge..Its well insulated and cosy in winter..We use it as an office and party room.
The frame was from an old trampoline which gave it the distinctive "Hangar"shape.The base was made from recycled scaffold boards and the windows were free from a house renovation .The only thing new was the corrugated steel roofing sheets. The idea was inspired by my dad who was in the RAF in the 60s
