Shed Features

A hybrid 6ft x 10ft shed/office where we work during the week and garden in our free time. An evening/weekend hideaway where I can watch the football without being interrupted.

Fully insulated, double glazed with smart heating it is very comfortable and economical to work from.

Built from scratch with just a few basic sketches to work from. It was built during the late spring of 2021 (when we'd usually go on holiday) and completed in just 4 weeks.

Walls are constructed in 5 layers from C16 timber frame inset with 50mm polystyrene insulation boards, lined with plywood, vapour barrier, battens and covered with 100mm tanalised cladding. Interior walls are plasterboard.

Rubber roof keeps it dry.
