Our shed was conceived from some lockdown gardening that led to an empty space in the border developing from some overzealous pruning. Completed in December 2022 by a father & son team - this 10x8ft wooden cabin provides 75 square foot of flexible workshop space but is versatile enough to be used as a garden room or extension of the living space from the house.
Our ‘cabin in the woods’ shed is a place to work, escape or simply relax in on either a cold winters evening or a hot summers day.

It is constructed from a timber frame and is clad in locally sourced larch and cedar shingles for the roof. The outside is finished in barn black paint against cream wooden double-glazed windows, again made by hand.
The shed has both heating & lighting and is fully insulated to save on energy. Fixtures & fittings are reclaimed or handmade creating a bespoke finish to the whole shed.
The inside features wood-wool panelled floor to ceiling cladding in meadow green paint, providing both a unique finish and acoustic properties, this is complemented with a natural cork flooring.
