    Shed Features

I named my shed The Dream Shed because it really is my dream shed and my shed for dreaming. It is where I can shut out the outside world and it is my special place where I can meditate or do my therapy or spiritual practice for myself and others. It is where I practice my holistic therapies: Meditation, Shamanic and Reiki Drum Journeying, Shamanic Ceremony, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Hopi Ear Candling, Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression.

It is a relaxing and tranquil space. When I walk up to the door and open it, I feel like I'm stepping in to another world and when I shut the door behind me, I shut out everything. I love the feel and the smell of my shed, from the smell of warm wood when it's sunny, to the incense or sage I used in my therapies, or the essential oils in the aromatherapy burner. Opening the door to my shed and stepping inside makes my heart happy.

    Other Shed info

Apart from the company that built the shed itself, I have done everything else to it in relation to the decor, from painting the entire interior, laying the flooring, repurposing and upcycling all the furniture, creating individually crafted items such as the herb bags, door bells and shamanic rattles. I wanted it to have a pastel theme to give it a restful and peaceful image and they also fitted in with my company logo colours. I even managed to find some fantastic window film with a dreamcatcher image on that was made for me to fit my windows. I have loved every minute of creating my dream space.
