    Size is 3.8 x 2.6 with a pent bitumen tiled roof reaching 2.3m at the apex. There is a single arched stable door entry to the side overlooking the garden, with dual patio style doors opening onto a small shady patio on one end wall. Owner designed and built. Brick foundation course, insulated wood framed walls with plasterboard interior lining. Tiled floor, pine panelled ceiling, with downlighters. Fully insulated roof space. Power circuits with Wi-Fi and usb points. Electric wall heater. Finished externally in Cuprinol Forest Mushroom, white trim to windows and doors, roof in mid grey and entry door in mid blue slate. Patio doors and two side windows in Georgian style.
