It was mostly made from second hand materials making it sustainable. I had to work with a small space and a tight budget but have tried to make it feel luxurious and relaxing, it even has panelling! It has lighting and power, lovely to have a cup of tea in all through the year and look out onto the garden.
I built this shed from scratch for my mother in law during a garden renovation. She lives alone and had just been through cancer treatment and her previous decking garden was slippery and dangerous. I re-landscaped the whole garden for her to give her somewhere relaxing, safe and low maintenance to spend time and watch her garden grow. I had to build it alongside my full time job so it did take a while! But I learnt a lot and had a lot of fun during the build.
