<strong><p>Shed Entry Terms & Conditions</p></strong>

<br>By entering into this Competition, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

<p>No purchase necessary.</p>



<p>Entry into Shed of the Year 2012 is open to participants who submit a minimum of two images of their sheds (external & internal shots) along with text about their sheds.</p>

<p>Any sheds without images after the closing date will not be eligible for the public vote.</p>

<p>Only participants who are resident in the UK are eligible to win the "Shed of the Year" title & prizes; those residents outside the UK can win the "International Shed of the Year" title.</p>

<p>Once a public vote has taken place, the category winners will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by readersheds.co.uk.</p>


The Promoter is Uncle Wilco/readersheds.co.uk and I agree to receieving the odd email from wilco about Shed Week and information about my shed - Which Iam able to remove myself.

<p>The Participant acknowledges and agrees that, by submitting/uploading a photograph for the Competition, he/she thereby grants an exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free licence to the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor and the Prize Provider to use and reproduce that photograph.</p>

<p>The Participant warrants to the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor and the Prize Provider that any submitted / uploaded photograph is the result of his/her original work and that the use and reproduction of the photograph does not and will not infringe any intellectual property rights owned by third parties.  The Participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor and the Prize Provider in full in relation to any and all losses, costs or expenses which may be suffered by it in connection with any breach of this warranty by the Participant.</p>

<p>By participating in this Competition, all Participants are deemed to give their consent to the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor and the Prize Provider to appear in future publicity materials or other promotional events and activities related to this Competition.</p>

<p>The Participant will not submit obscene or offensive material. Any obscene or offensive material will be removed and the Participant’s account deleted.</p>

<p>Acceptance of these terms by the Participant and the Promoter does not constitute an obligation on the Promoter’s part to use the Participant’s image/text on this website or in other media.</p>

<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor and the Prize Provider exclude:</p>

         1. all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied; and
         2. any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any Participant in connection with this Competition.  This shall not be deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, the Prize Sponsor, the Prize Provider or their employees or agents.
