This 12 x 10 is well on its way to being a fully functional home pub. Rear wall insulated, rest to follow. The essentials are in now...the beer,spirits and of course the 1960's cocktail bar. Just need to fit the rest of the carpet. Leatherette seating, Karaoke, TV, home brew, fridge full of cold beer and a good spirit selection.Crisps, nuts and pork scratchings on standby..Roll on summer !!
