Year built: 2017, Modern pub, 10" x 8" x 12", seats 12 comfortably, full electrics installed, heated, insulated floor, walls & ceiling. Beer pump, fully stocked bar, sky sports & disco lighting, 2 drinks fridges & freezer.
Always wanted to have my own bar so with my wife decided to give it a go and build our own. Was hard work (as I am partially sighted) & took a while to complete (about 3 months, working on it daily). Exterior built from Summerhouse & added extension shed later & then added porch / smoking area. Interior built by hand (bar made from old pallets), interior items either bought, collected or donated by friends & family. This year I plan on building a beer garden.
I am very proud of it & me & my wife spend many a night their, most weekends we have friends & family around & I spend time with mates watching football their.
The name of the pub came about because a friend of mine has always called me 'the pot bellied pig' on the count of me having a beer belly !
