We single handedly built 4 spaces within 3 buildings

A bar, gym, workshop & office. Built as a couple from a simple sketch. learning as we went, with most items second hand/recycled. Built during weekends & annual leave around demanding jobs. Most of the building materials bought from Shpock/EBay and utilising an old prefab garage from Shpock split to form the bottom half of all 3 buildings.

As a couple we did the entire build from groundwork, concrete bases to roof and entire interiors. All double glazed windows, French door combination, , Velux windows all cheap from Shpock.

Reclaimed scaffold boards for flooring, old cable drum made into a table and bar front. Neighbours old front door upcycled as dartboard divide with lots of design features.

I work in a care home for elderly and dementia and intended for residents to come and enjoy the pub prior to Covid. Hopefully we can do that soon.

We have started an outdoor kitchen too, so will soon have the ultimate entertaining & leisure space to enjoy with many
