It is a tranquil yoga space that includes a bespoke home made yoga mat holder and two aerial yoga hammocks attached to the ceiling. It is also a photographic studio with backdrop attached to the back wall and an upcycled old free kitchen cabinet to store props and equipment. There is a double sofa bed for relatives to stay in there if they like too.
My husband and two friends built the cabin which was delivered by truck from the Netherlands. He insulated the floor and roof and we did the inside walls white with rag painting (need to have white so that the photo studio lights don't reflect a peachy coloured tinge from the natural wood colour back onto the photographs). I have up to 4 friends in the cabin for yoga sessions which we stream from the TV mounted on the wall. When life is stressful, I go and tuck myself into one of the hammocks and listen to soft music.
