Our shed is the heart of the house, we wanted a social area we could share with our friends and entertain them with a good ole cozy pub feel.
The Dog House Inn was born in 2020 and we have since hosted many nights enjoying video horse racing, bingo, karaoke, football matches and many a birthday parties for friends and family.
We also love it in the summer to sit and have our evening meal looking out over the beautiful moors and watching the sun set, to cozy winter nights in cuddles on the sofa watching a film with a hot toddy. Its the best thing we ever did and everyone who visits is always amazed how authentic it is and how much it has a real cozy pub vibe.
The Dog house in sign was hand painted by our daughter and is a picture of our very own basset hound Rufus with his sherlock Holmes hat and pipe. Its has a tv dart board, retro space invaders and packman table top arcade games console.
We have a real church pew by the bar, which is fitted with a double glass front fully stocked beer fridge, wine chiller and optics of every kind of alcohol, you would like.
We have been collecting toby jugs for a while and we encouraged our friends to bring their own favorite glass or jug so they always have their drink in their own glass. The toby jugs look amazing as we have quiet a collection now.
