everything in the Tiger shell I made. I use it for my craftwork – modelling, book writing and so on, as I have embarked in to semi-retired, so I wanted a studio. I used a small dutch barn from Tiger, which was the shell.

I insulated it and designed the inside to make it a special place. People have asked if they can stay in it but it's only an 8x8, unfortunately, I could have done with the next size up. I didn't know how to do the work.

so, I installed solar myself and a wood stove and chimney – difficult on my own and I decorated it. I made a pallet wall and a 5 foot hand-painted map of Middle-earth, shelves and a cupboard for the batteries and storage, a rust wall; fitted the lino; made the shed doors into a stable door and then made them the TARDIS, etc.
