The Eric Cort Arms

Less than £100

From its exterior, it's simply a small brick (just short of 6'x5') outhouse. It's interior is a true British Man Cave; a retreat for man to enjoy all of the traditions of an olde worlde bar without the need to share the peanuts or make small talk. Bar came into being as a tribute to my late father who was a pub landlord. It's home to an array of optics offering fine single malts from England, Scotland and Wales, and there's a huge choice of UK craft real ales. Pull up a bar stool, enjoy a game of dominoes or darts, or watch the (very) small screen which picks up wifi! With space for 4 (at a push), it's the ideal place to start a pub crawl or simply while away the hours chewing the fat...or nuts/ pork crackling, or even a sausage roll.
What makes it special...the element of surprise; its size, when you open the door you do not expect when you see. Every inch of space has been utilised to it's best possible use. The ability to make grown men want to rush home and transform their potting shed!

The bar has it's own Facebook page, which is updated on a regular basis to keep followers informed on the latest happenings in the bar, the bar also has Twitter and Instagram accounts. Photos of all guests are displayed around the window to record their visit, also the bar had an official opening in August 2015 which is recorded by a plaque on the bar.
The old out house in the garden is now a living space, that you can spend time making memories in.
