    It's 60/40 split between functional workshop and storage and a home crafted bar with bespoke bar and fittings

    Hand built throughout, bar is equipped with 2 bar tables and 4 bar stools, wooden floor and pine stained wooden cladding, and a hand built pallet wood sourced bar with back shelves.
